Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Sprout Processing (“Sprout,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use www.sproutprocessing.com (the “Site”), how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Site — for example to get started, request an ATM, contact us or ask about a partnership — we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and address, and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, in server logs used for security and reliability. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse; Turnstile may process limited device and browser information to distinguish people from bots.
Scheduling and video. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. Embedded videos are served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and, if you request it, to prepare a proposal or review your location for an ATM.
- To communicate with you about our services.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the Site and deliver form submissions to us, including Cloudflare (hosting, security and bot protection), an email delivery service used to send your form submission to our inbox, Calendly (scheduling) and YouTube (video). Each processes information only as needed to provide its service to us.
Retention
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@sproutprocessing.com. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
The Site is intended for business owners and operators of licensed cannabis businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
